Manage budget and resources for program to attain the objectives. 3. Coordinate with TI manager to maintain GM seeds inventories and meet standards of Regulatory compliance and stewardship; responsible for germplasm safety in the process. Qualifications: 1. Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Plant Breeding, biotechnology, or related fields. 2. Minimum three or more years of experience with strong background in breeding, testing and molecular technologies. 3. Good ability to communication, leadership, management, and teamwork. 4. Good ability to understand policy and regulations. 5. Good language skill in both English and Chinese. 6. Ability to use software for data analyses, management, presentation, and reporting. 7. Willing to work in agriculture for field work. 8. Ability to work extended hours outdoors and frequent travels during entire growing season. 9. Driving license is required.
