This role involves structuring and negotiating
financing arrangements, managing project financial operations, and ensuring
alignment with shareholders objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise
in project financing, capital structuring, and advanced financial modeling,
with a good understanding of renewable energy investments.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is highly preferred.
8–10 years of proven experience in project financing, preferably within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
Experience with energy, preferably Oil/Gas, investment analysis is a plus.
Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and analysis, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex financial negotiations.
Experience with Joint Ventures or multi-stakeholder projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with investors, lenders, and senior leadership.
Familiarity with energy industry financing structures, policies and regulatory frameworks. Knowledge of renewable energy financing structures is an added advantage.
