[崗位職責]:
1. 負責公司智能工廠相關硬件的開發(fā)、維護和升級,包括領導參與技術方案的規(guī)劃、評估和實施,設計報告的編寫等。
2. 統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃全廠AGV物料搬運、高架庫存儲及自動化分揀方案,優(yōu)化溫濕度/防靜電/防碰撞控制邏輯,實現物料周轉效率提升
3. 優(yōu)化AGV路徑,提高運行效率,減少設備碰撞率;設計模塊化物流系統(tǒng),兼容不同半導體產品工藝需求
4. 倉儲自動化改造項目,完成從需求分析、方案設計到落地驗收的全流程管理
5. 專用物流設備(如晶圓搬運機器人、潔凈室輸送線),推動設備效率提升
任職資格/崗位要求:
自動化/物流工程/機械電子工程專業(yè)等相關專業(yè)
1. 熟悉半導體行業(yè)物流自動化,精通晶圓制造、封裝測試、芯片倉儲等全流程物流規(guī)劃與系統(tǒng)集成
2. 擁有AGV集群調度、無塵車間立體倉庫、EHS合規(guī)輸送線等項目經驗
3. 熟練使用PLC(西門子/倍福)、AutoCAD、SolidWorks及WMS/WCS等系統(tǒng)開發(fā)
4. 深度掌握SEMI國際標準、ISO 14644潔凈室規(guī)范及半導體行業(yè)EHS要求,具備復雜項目風險評估與資源統(tǒng)籌能力
5. 有項目管理PMP證書最佳,擅長項目全生命周期管理
[Job Responsibilities]:
1. Responsible for the development, maintenance and upgrade of the company's smart factory related hardware, including leading and participating in the planning, evaluation and implementation of technical solutions, and the preparation of design reports.
2. Coordinate and plan the AGV material handling, high-bay warehouse storage and automatic sorting scheme of the whole plant, optimize the temperature and humidity/anti-static/anti-collision control logic, and improve the material turnover efficiency
3. Optimize the path of AGV, improve operation efficiency, and reduce the collision rate of equipment; Design a modular logistics system that is compatible with the process needs of different semiconductor products
4. Warehouse automation transformation project, complete the whole process management from demand analysis, scheme design to landing acceptance 5. Special logistics equipment (such as wafer handling robots, clean room conveyor lines) to promote the efficiency of equipment
Qualifications/Job Requirements:
Automation/Logistics Engineering/Mechatronic Engineering and other related majors
1. Familiar with logistics automation in the semiconductor industry, proficient in full-process logistics planning and system integration such as wafer manufacturing, packaging and testing, and chip warehousing
2. Experience in AGV cluster scheduling, dust-free workshop, three-dimensional warehouse, EHS compliant conveyor line, etc
3. Proficient in using PLC (Siemens/Beckhoff), AutoCAD, SolidWorks and WMS/WCS system development
4. In-depth grasp of SEMI international standards, cleanroom specifications and EHS requirements of the semiconductor industry, with complex project risk assessment and resource planning capabilities
5. project management is preferred, good at project life cycle management
