Implement Digital Lean Kaizen vertically and horizontally, Kaizen is everywhere ? JOB SCOPE AND TASKS ? Lead and drive OEE dashboard development by station under teamwork. ? Coordinate Machine-Man Model Phase II development. ? Lead and drive digitalization project from IMFG. ? Lead and drive visualization project from IMFG. ? Support intelligence manufacturing with error-proof and early detection mechanism or lean approach. ? Have IMFG Data analytic and digital twin application, digitalization for MFG excellence. ? KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2. Good at statistics and Data Analytic skills 3. 3 years above Proven experience in data visualization, Data analytics, data engineering or a related role. 4. Proficiently use data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar 5. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as HTM, CSS, Oracle, Python, Java, 6. In-depth knowledge of big data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, and cloud-based data services. 7. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including understanding of data modeling principles. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making. 9. Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile environment 11.
