產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)
崗位職責(zé):
?根據(jù)公司產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程、設(shè)計(jì)工具和技術(shù)規(guī)范，參與公司產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)工作，包括產(chǎn)品需求分析、方案設(shè)計(jì)、原型開發(fā)、測(cè)試驗(yàn)證等；
According to product development process, design tools and technical standard, to participate in product research and development, including product needs analysis, solution design, prototype development, and testing, etc.
?協(xié)助進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品需求分析，撰寫產(chǎn)品需求文檔；
To assist in product needs analysis and draft product requirement documents
?協(xié)助進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品方案設(shè)計(jì)，參與設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審和優(yōu)化；
To assist in solution design and participate in design evaluation and improvement
?協(xié)助進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品原型開發(fā)，進(jìn)行功能測(cè)試和性能測(cè)試；
To assist in prototype development and conduct functional and performance testing.
?協(xié)助進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品測(cè)試驗(yàn)證，撰寫測(cè)試報(bào)告；
To assist in product testing and validation, and prepare test reports
?完成上級(jí)交辦的其他任務(wù)

任職要求:
教育水平 Education本科及以上 Bachalor degree and above
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) Experience< 2 years
專業(yè)/知識(shí)要求 Knowledge：機(jī)械制造、流體、過程控制或者材料專業(yè)
Majors in Mechanical Manufacturing, Fluid Mechanics, Process Control, or Materials Science.
技能要求Skills：對(duì)機(jī)械行業(yè)有基本認(rèn)識(shí)
Have basic knowledge about manufacturing industry
能夠閱讀技術(shù)圖紙，了解機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)原理及工藝方案
Be able to read technical drawings and understand mechanical design theory and manufacturing process
熟練使用辦公軟件
Be able to use MS tools
語言Language：英語-六級(jí) English – Level 6
其他Others：具備良好的溝通能力，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和創(chuàng)新意識(shí)；
Good communication and presentation ability, teamwork spirit and strong sense of innovation
學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，能夠主動(dòng)獲取并掌握必須的知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Good learning agility: be able to search and get the necessary knowledge and experience.
工作積極主動(dòng)，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，抗壓能力強(qiáng)；
Willing to take responsibility and challenges; be able to manage stress
