職位描述

OA系統MES系統

崗位職責:

1、根據公司信息化建設規劃，建立信息安全管理體系，確保公司信息安全；

1.Establish an information security management system in accordance with the company

s IT strategic plan to safeguard corporate information security;

2、負責公司數字化團隊的組織建設，根據數字化建設需要，對團隊進行調整優化、調配及考核；

2. Lead organizational development of the digital team, including restructuring, optimization, allocation and performance evaluation based on digital transformation requirements;

3、負責部門體系建設，相關制度文件的編制、完善與監督執行；

3. Oversee departmental system development, including drafting, refining and enforcing relevant policies and procedures;

4、依據信息化項目推進計劃，負責項目的成本預算、調研分析、設計開發、數據導入、驗收交付及人員進度、問題風險等的統籌管理；

4. Manage all aspects of IT projects including budgeting, research, design, development, data migration, acceptance testing, resource allocation, and risk management per project timelines;

5、負責公司內外網絡的建設、優化與維護，保證各業務領域網絡及系統的正常運行；

5. Design, optimize and maintain internal and external network infrastructure to ensure reliable operation across all business units;

6、負責公司監控、弱電等工程的規劃布局、設備安裝、網絡維護等管理；

6. Manage planning, installation and maintenance of security surveillance and low-voltage systems;

7、上級領導交辦的其他臨時性工作。

7. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior management.

任職要求:

1、大學本科及以上學歷；計算機相關專業；

1. Bachelor

s degree or higher,major in IT or related;

2、5年以上IT管理工作經驗，3年以上部門管理經歷；

2. 5+ years

IT management experience,3+ years

department management experience;

3、精通WINDOWS平臺服務器管理及網絡管理，熟悉系統實施流程；

3. Proficient in WINDOWS platform server management and network management, familiar with the system implementation process;

4、熟悉各類ERP、OA、MES系統的應用、系統結構及多種系統實際管理經驗；

4.Familiar with the application, system structure and practical management experience of various ERP, OA , MES.

5、精通主流品牌的服務器、存儲設備、路由、三層交換機的配置及應用。

5.Proficient in the configuration and application of mainstream brand servers, storage devices, routing and Layer 3 switches.
