崗位職責:
1、The primary role and responsibilities of the event technicians as follows.
2、responsibility will be proyidingAV Support for all areas of the University, e.g. training rooms, classroomsboardroom.lmmersive room, roof Terrence, public-area presentations.Troubleshooting and raising support incidents tickets relating to AV.Carry out AV checks as defined by the AV Team Leader.
If required be prepared to work on small projects or swapping out of faultyAV equipment e.g.RMA'sEvent coordination/administration for all areas including Auditorium/MPH.
3、look after all events that take place in the ultiPurpose Event Space.
4、All event techs should gain knowledge of the Auditorium & MPH setupsand should be able to work in either space when required 5、When there are no events taking place the event Techs should be usingtheir knowledge/skill sets to provide training to the AV support TechsBe familiar with setting up the potable AV system that is used in other locations in the campus.Hold production meetings in advance of events with stake holders fromlearning to gather all their AV requirements for up-and-coming events.When reguired work with external production companies. 6、Other work required by superiors
