Background
The team must develop and enhance its B2B sales, especially direct platform sales, to enhance the channels’ connection and sales capability.
R&R
- Responsible for the top-tier platform’s direct sales (TDI, JDI, VIP & Coupang) from sourcing, quotation, and order confirmation to credit collection.
- Manage the platform relationship, especially with the key buyer categories of Dairy, Coffee, Drink, and Nutrition.
- Can identify and source the platforms’ quarterly purchase demand and convert it into an actual sales plan.
- Can work independently from quotation, secure orders, and manage the internal stakeholders (finance & supply chain) to fulfil the order with high standard service quality.
- Familiar with the key category dynamics: Food (coffee, confectionary, drink) and Infant formula.
- Familiar with the top platforms’ system operation and can manage the system independently.
- Reasonable experience in platform sales operation, know the basic pricing strategy, long-term sales and activities plans to drive the platform's healthy turnover,
- Manage the company SOH and provide an accurate forecast on PO/SO/OT.
- Focus on “Deliver”: sales target, customers’ service satisfaction, and financial KPIs.
- Always pay attention to the details of customers’ potential demand: financing, & logistics.
Key requirement:
- At least 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in key platforms (TDI, JDI)
- Worked for relevant categories of sales (Infant formula, Diary, Food) in CBEC channels.
- Prefer the previous working background from Tier1-2 brands (EC team) and the TP agent.
- Can write and understand English (fluent speaking preferred);
- Location: Shanghai office.
