1. Responsible for recruitment of personnel for all positions and business planning for the indonesian company;2. Release recruitment advertisements through various recruitment channels, collect talent information targeted, and search forcandidates quickly through various channels;
3. According to the company's recruitment process, implemented the invitation, interview and other links to ensure the timely
arrival rate and qualified rate;
4. Summarize and improve the recruitment effect timely, continuously excavate and reserve the talents and talents needed by thebusiness;
5. Assist leaders in designing talent reserve plan and talent development mechanism to provide sustainable talent auarantee fobusiness development;
6. Other matters arranged by the leader.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, good English istening, speaking, reading and writing skils, can be used as the working language
with foreign company working experience is preferred;2. More than 2 years recruitment experience, experience in recruitment channels and resources development, head-huntingexperience is preferred;
3. Active in work, strong sense of responsibility, open mind, good thinking and communication skills;
4.Be able to accept long-term overseas business trips
