崗位職責： 1. 負責鋁合金船項目的跟進，與挪威派駐工程師、物流、船廠、供應商及客戶保持順暢密切溝通，確保達到項目目標并保證客戶滿意度 Be responsible for aluminum boat projects following. Keep close and efficient communication with Norway Engineer, logistics, shipyards, suppliers & customers, ensure to achieve the goals of the projects and customer’s satisfaction. 2. 負責船只制造全過程的監控與管理，加強制造過程檢驗，及時發現品質問題，并與挪威派駐工程師及時溝通解決 Be responsible for the whole process of boats building and overall management. Strengthen the shipbuilding process inspection, to detect quality problems and timely communicate with Norway Engineer to solve the problems. 3. 與挪威派駐工程師一起建立質量系統文件，包括質量計劃，檢驗標準與試航大綱等 Establish the quality system files with Norway engineers, including quality plan, inspection standard & sea trials outline. 4. 監控生產進度，并推動船廠按照生產計劃完成項目。 Monitor the production process, and push shipyard to finish projects according to production plan. 5. 公司交代的其它相關工作。 Other related tasks assigned by top management. 教育背景： 本科或以上/ Bachelor degree or above 專業不限，船舶工程類相關專業優先 Ship Engineer related major preferred, but not limited to 崗位經驗： 8年以上船舶行業相關工作經驗，5年以上相關崗位工作經驗，大型企業工作經驗優先考慮 At least 8 years working experience in ship industry, 5 years or above in similar position. Experience in a multinational company preferred 技能知識： 1.英語聽說讀寫流利. Good English in speaking and writing 2.熟悉船舶工藝及驗船標準 Familiar with boat building techniques and inspection standard. 3.熟悉船舶制圖軟件，熟悉船舶圖紙Familiar with CAD related boat drawing software, familiar with boat drawing. 4.熟悉辦公室軟件及電腦操作.
