1.Responsible for development and implementation of the corporate strategy together with the management, including strategies for subsidiaries, global and local departments and their ability to implement it adequately, as well as the subsequent sustainability review
2.Responsible for implementing the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) system across the company, including training and supporting employees in setting OKRs at all levels of the company, as well as regularly reviewing and evaluating OKR results to ensure goal achievement and support continuous improvement
3.Responsible for leading and coordinating international projects to implement strategic goals, creating and tracking project plans, budgets and resource allocation, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within project teams
