Primary Responsibilities 主要職責
1、Custodian of the Company Culture 貫徹集團文化
(1)Ensure that the guest is at the center of every single strategic initiative, project or process.
確保在每一個戰略規劃、項目和過程的中心是我們的客人。
(2)Provide feedback from the guest on the teams’ performance to the team.
向團隊成員及時反饋客人對于團隊表現的反饋。
(3)Ensure that all team members feel trusted and valued for their accountability and risk taken.
確保所有團隊成員對于他們所承擔的責任和風險,備受信任和重視。
2、Employer Branding 雇主品牌
(1)Establish relationships with local schools and colleges.
與當地學校建立良好關系。
(2)Engage in social media to promote the hotel as best place to work.
選擇合適的社交媒體方式宣傳酒店是最佳工作場所。
3、Recruitment and Selection 招聘和選拔
(1)Deliver training on behavioral interviewing and selection to the heads of department and those responsible for recruitment.
開展行為面試技巧的培訓。
(2)Identify high potentials through vertical and laterally movements within existing talent by providing recommendations for departmental transfer in accordance to their skill set.
根據現有人才的技能,為人才內部調轉提供意見和建議,通過縱向和橫向的調動來識別高潛力人才。
(3)Assist in monitoring present and future trends in the local labor situation, social legislation and make appropriate recommendations.
協助了解本地勞動狀況和社會立法的現狀及未來趨勢,并提出適當的意見和意見。
4、Induction and Onboarding 入職培訓
(1)Establish onboarding procedures which ensure new talent feel welcome and all team members are prepared for the new talent arrival.
建立新人才的入職流程,確保所有新人才倍感歡迎,并且團隊成員對于新同事的到來做好了迎接準備工作。
(2)Co-ordinate and conduct orientation programs and three month training plans.
協調和入職培訓安排和新人才3個月的培訓計劃。
(3)Appoint a support person within the operational team for each and every new talent.
確保運營團隊成員已經為每一位新同事安排了幫教。
(4)Seek feedback from new talent in their first month of employment.
了解新同事入職第一個月的反饋。
(5)Arrange probationary reviews and provide feedback to talent.
安排試用期評估,并且向被評估的同事提供反饋。
5、Performance Assessment and Feedback 績效評估與反饋
(1)Train leaders in the annual performance appraisal process in line with the Leadership Capability Framework.
對于管理層進行年度績效評估的培訓,使其了解領導力能力框架的評估體系。(2)Work with line managers to analyze performance by identifying area for improvement.
與部門經理一起合作,識別需要改進和提高的方面。
(3)Encourage an environment which supports open ongoing feedback and coaching to breach gaps for better performance.
鼓勵建立一個開放的溝通反饋環境,以提高和實現更好的績效表現。
(4)Celebrate team and individual success.

(5)Train and assist managers in setting objectives and goals for talent which are SMART and in line with the business strategy.

6、Learning and Development 學習與發展
(1)Conduct/review Learning & Development needs analysis annually and budget accordingly.
每年進行和審查年度學習與發展需求分析和相應的預算。
(2)Plan Learning & Development Plan for future skill requirements and not just current.
參考當前和未來技能需求,制定學習與發展計劃。
(3)Ensure development and implementation of annual Learning & Development plan to address and narrow the performance gap;
確保年度學習與發展計劃的指定和實施,以解決和縮小績效表現差距。
(4)Deliver all brand customer service and quality standards training to all members of the team;
為團隊成員提供品牌服務和質量標準的培訓。
(5)Maintain accurate reporting on the Learning & Development delivery and learning programs implemented;
確保學習與發展計劃和完成報告的準確性。
(6)Seek feedback from participants and their managers for effectiveness of learning and development programs.
收集學員和其經理的反饋意見,以提高學習與發展項目的有效性。
(7)Create a learning environment where each person has a personal development plan.
創造一個人人都擁有個人發展計劃的學習環境。
(8)Co-ordinate cross exposure and project based learning for star talent.
對于明星人才的培養,協調交叉培訓的項目的實施。
(9)Ensure all talents have access to learning.
確保所有人才都擁有學習的機會。
7、Talent Potential Identification 人才潛能識別
(1)Assist the department heads in completing talent potential assessments to identify star talent;
協助部門負責人完成人才潛能評估,以確認明星人才。
(2)Provide access to development activities for star talent.
為明星人才提供幫助其成長的機會。
8、Career Management 職業管理
Understand the career ambitions of star talent and ensure this is communicated within the leadership team and to corporate.
了解明星人才的職業目標,并與團隊領導進行溝通。
9、Policy and Procedure 政策與程序
(1)Follow the Talent and Culture policies and procedures including Keys to Success.
跟進人力資源部的政策和程序的執行,包括成功的關鍵。
(2)Ensure departmental Keys to Success are communicated and implemented throughout the hotel, provide training support where required.
確保成功的關鍵在全酒店的開展和實施,并能夠及時提供協助。
(3)Communicate on Talent and Culture policies and procedures to all talents.
向全體成員傳達人力資源部部的政策和程序。
(4)Deliver training on how to provide a safe working environment by ensuring local regulations are upheld for workplace health and safety.
通過了解當地法規對于工作場所的健康安全要求,提供相關的培訓。
(5)Conduct regular fire drills, evacuations and training on safety and emergency procedures.
定期組織消防演習、疏散和安全應急程序培訓。
10、Corporate Social Responsibility 企業社會責任
(1)Support the local community through the co-ordination of strategic CSR activities.
了解本地企業社會責任戰略活動,支持當地社區。
(2)Communicate and encourage the participation in CSR activities by all team members.
傳播并鼓勵全體成員參與企業社會責任的活動中。
(3)Provide chances for talent to share their ideas and to contribute to the community.
為人才提供機會,讓他們分享為社區做貢獻的想法、意見和建議。
11、Satisfaction and Engagement 滿意度調查
(1)Monitor productivity, sick leave and turnover as indicators of disengagement.
監督人才離職的指標,包括工作效率、病假和流失率。
(2)Provide feedback to relevant leaders following discussions in training sessions which indicate dissatisfaction or engagement issues.
在培訓課程中討論人才不滿的問題和事宜,并反饋給相關的領導。
12、Miscellaneous 其他
(1)Report to the Director of Talent & Culture.
直接向人力資源總監匯報。
(2)Coordinate functions and activities with other departments.
協調與其它部門的工作和活動。
13、Health and Safety 健康和安全
(1)Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified.
確保所有潛在和實際危害立即報告并糾正。
(2)Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency procedures.
充分熟悉部門消防及緊急預案程序。
(3)Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees.
確保對所有緊急程序進行演練,保證客人及人才安全。
(4)Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.
嚴格遵守法律法規酒店政策的前提下,保證酒店人員和財產的安全。
Knowledge and Experience 知識和經驗
1、College or above, certificate or diploma in hospitality.
大學專科或以上學歷,酒店服務專業證書。
2、3 years of experience in a similar field.
至少三年同類行業工作經驗。
3、Knowledge and experience of associated computer applications.
相關電腦軟件知識與經驗。
4、Fluent in the Native language and English.
普通話與英語流利。
Competencies 技能
1、With strong capability of communication, coordination and management
具有較強的溝通、協調和管理能力。
2、Familiar with the relevant labor laws,regulations or policies of the national and the city.
