Contact domestic imported and exported book suppliers, and implement the procurement and acceptance of Chinese and foreign languages books, periodicals, materials, CDS, and other literature resources. 聯(lián)系國內(nèi)進出口圖書供應(yīng)商，落實中外文圖書、期刊、資料、光盤等文獻資源的采購、驗收等工作； 5. Liaise with the library of the City University of Hong Kong, government units, and publications, and plan customs clearance and review procedures for overseas book donations according to relevant international regulations. 與香港城市大學(xué)圖書館及政府單位、出版物進口經(jīng)營單位接洽，并按國家相關(guān)規(guī)定，規(guī)劃境外圖書捐贈的通關(guān)、審核等流程； 6. Plan and coordinate the procurement and construction of the library database, management system, and related information retrieval platform, as well as subsequent operation and maintenance. 規(guī)劃和統(tǒng)籌圖書館數(shù)據(jù)庫、管理系統(tǒng)及有關(guān)的信息檢索平臺的采購與構(gòu)建，及后續(xù)的運營維護； 7. Deploy websites and mobile applications to provide smart library services. 部署網(wǎng)站和移動應(yīng)用程序以提供智能圖書館服務(wù)； 8. Cooperate with the Campus Development and Facilities Management Office to jointly plan the construction and equipment allocation of the library. 配合校園發(fā)展及設(shè)施管理處，共同規(guī)劃圖書館的建設(shè)及設(shè)備配置； 9. Other library-related duties. 圖書館其他相關(guān)工作職責(zé)。
