職位描述
崗位職責:
1、根據質量和食品安全管理體系標準及公司運營要求,建立、維護并持續改善公司的質量和食品安全管理體系,落實公司質量和安全管理體系方針和目標。
2、審定和完善質量和食品安全管理制度、質量文件、產品質量相關的外來文件(包括與產品質量和食品安全相關的法律法規標準),并監督檢查文件執行情況。
3、主導公司食品安全體系和質量體系基礎知識的培訓與宣導,主導公司質量文化的推進工作。
4、建立質量文件和記錄管理機制,確保公司相關部門及崗位使用現行有效的內外部文件和記錄。
5、結合公司業務特點和質量工具運用的要求,策劃公司質量工具的應用,并推動質量工具的實施和改進工作。
6、主導公司內外部體系審核、管理評審和過程審核工作,根據審核結果跟進行動計劃,跟蹤改進效果。
7、統籌建立公司各主體原料、輔料、包材等供應商開發評鑒、日常管理工作推進中管理評價規范與要求。
8、統籌負責供應商審查,制定供應商年度審核計劃并組織實施及考核。
9、完善顧客投訴管理制度,統籌公司產品質量事故和產品質量相關的客戶投訴的調查處理工作(包括原因分析、責任追溯、改善措施等),統計分析并追蹤各客訴改善落實情況。
10、協同對外部食品安全應急事件如產品召回、升級危機事件等處置,并作備案管控,推進復盤和案例分析改進。
任職要求:
1. 學歷要求:本科及以上學歷,食品、化學、質量管理等相關專業。
2. 工作經驗:5年及以上大型食品及飲料公司質量體系管理、供應商及客訴管理相關工作經驗。
3. 英語聽說讀寫流利。
4. 個人技能:
- 了解生產、運營流程,熟悉質量和食品安全相關法律、法規,具備較強的食品安全體系運行、完善和管控能力。
- 熟練掌握運用各種質量工具及方法。
- 具備良好的統籌及溝通協調應變能力,邏輯性及系統性強,擅長數據分析及總結萃取。
- 樂觀積極,原則性強,具備高敏感度和嚴謹性。
5. 其他:持對應質量相關資質證書。
Responsibilities:
1. Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the company's quality and food safety management system in accordance with quality and food safety management system standards and operational requirements, and implement the company's quality and safety management system policies and objectives.
2. Review and improve the quality and food safety management system, quality documents, and external documents related to product quality (including laws, regulations, and standards related to product quality and food safety), supervise and inspect the implementation of documents.
3. Lead the training and promotion of the company's food safety system and basic knowledge of quality system, and lead the promotion of the company's quality culture.
4. Establish a quality document and record management mechanism to ensure that relevant departments and positions in the company use current effective internal and external documents and records.
5. Based on the characteristics of the company's business and the requirements for the use of quality tools, plan the application of the company's quality tools and promote the implementation and improvement of quality tools.
6. Lead internal and external system audits, management reviews, and process audits of the company, follow up on action plans based on audit results, and track improvement effects.
7. Coordinate the establishment of management evaluation standards and requirements for the development and evaluation of suppliers for various main raw materials, auxiliary materials, packaging materials, etc. in the company, and promote daily management work.
8. Coordinate and be responsible for supplier review, develop annual supplier review plans, and organize implementation and assessment.
9. Improve the customer complaint management system, coordinate the investigation and handling of product quality accidents and customer complaints related to product quality in the company (including cause analysis, responsibility tracing, improvement measures, etc.), statistically analyze and track the implementation of improvement measures for each customer complaint.
10. Collaborate on the handling of external food safety emergencies such as product recalls, upgrade crisis events, etc., and implement record management and control measures to promote review and case analysis and improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Undergraduate degree or above, majoring in food, chemistry, quality management, and other related fields.
2. Work experience: At least 5 years of experience in quality system management, supplier and customer complaint management in large food and beverage companies.
3.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
4. Personal Skills:
- Understand the production and operation processes, be familiar with quality and food safety related laws and regulations, and have strong abilities in operating, improving, and controlling food safety systems.
- Proficient in using various quality tools and methods.
- Possess good abilities in overall planning, communication, coordination, and adaptability, strong logic and systematicity, skilled in data analysis and summary extraction.
- Optimistic and proactive, with strong principles, high sensitivity and rigor.
