Key Responsibilities:
1) Support the process design team to implement and complete the oil & gas process system FEED and Detail Design work
2) Guide junior process engineers & check their deliverables, e.g. review equipment and instrumentation datasheets, line & equipment sizing and relief valve sizing calculations.
3) Support to provide schedule development, scope of work and manpower estimation as well as quality assurance of process design deliverables.
4) Review the customer's documents, specifications, data sheet, FEED design verification and calculations, and raise optimization proposals.
5) Perform process simulation analysis & design calculation, PFD / PID process optimization, and process equipment selection and sizing, provide inputs for C & E diagram, control narratives, shutdown philosophies.
6) Support Operation and Control Philosophy, Process Design Basis, Overall Utility Consumption.
7) Participate in Process Hazard Analysis, HAZIDs, HAZOPS, LOPA, facility siting studies etc ,
8) Prepare and support responses to technical questions from Client, Class, Vendors and Third Party
Key Qualifications
1) Bachelor degree or above in chemical or oil & gas engineering with at least 8 years related process engineering experience
2) Ideally directly participated or led the topside process design works (incl. FEED and detailed design) for FPSO / Production platform
3) Skillful in using ASPEN HYSYS / Flaresim simulation program, knowledge of PipeNet, SPI and Aveva Diagram
4) Proven experience of Classification Rules and related Offshore Standards / Regulations .

1. 支持工藝設計團隊完成油氣處理系統的前端工程設計(FEED)及詳細設計工作
2. 指導初級工藝工程師并審核其工作成果,包括設備及儀表數據表、管線與設備選型計算、安全閥選型計算等
3. 協助制定設計進度計劃、工作范圍及人力估算,確保工藝設計交付物的質量
4. 審核客戶文件、規格書、數據表及FEED設計驗證計算,提出優化建議
5. 開展工藝模擬分析與設計計算,優化工藝流程圖/管道儀表流程圖PFD/PID流程,完成工藝設備選型及參數確定,為C&E圖、控制說明、停車邏輯提供輸入依據
6. 支持操作控制原則、工藝設計基礎、全廠公用工程消耗等文件編制
7. 參與工藝危害分析(PHA.、HAZID、HAZOP、LOPA、設施布置研究等工作
8. 準備并支持回復客戶、船級社、供應商及第三方提出的技術問題
崗位要求:
1. 化學工程或油氣工程專業本科及以上學歷,8年以上相關工藝工程經驗
2. 具有FPSO/生產平臺上部模塊工藝設計(含FEED及詳細設計)經驗者優先
3. 熟練使用ASPEN HYSYS/Flaresim模擬軟件,熟悉PipeNet、SPI及Aveva Diagram工具
4. 熟悉船級社規范及海上油氣行業標準(如API、DNV、ABS等)
