有3-5年或以上工作經驗的主創設計師加入我們的快速成長團隊。 此職位需要有公共藝術、雕塑設計、新媒體藝術、商業景觀設計、美陳設計、視覺藝術、產品&工業設計，環境建筑設計或其它相關設計背景，具有良好相關學歷并且對藝術設計有著濃厚的興趣。對公共藝術，特別是當代藝術有濃厚興趣，善于總結項目要點，理解業主需求，了解中國本土文化。 應具備以申請人下技能： 1- 有較好的中英文溝通能力，能與總部外籍設計師和國外藝術家進行設計方案溝通。 2- 勝任與國內客戶交流，并有能力獨立完成項目過程溝通工作，頭腦風暴，藝術方案討論等。 3- 良好的設計方案設計及匯報能力，理解客戶各職能部門在項目實施過程中不同的需求點，并及時對客戶提出的各類問題開展有效的溝通。 4- 有管理設計團隊經驗，安排和組織助理設計師按時完成設計任務;能夠編輯設計高質量匯報方案。 5- 熟練應用SolidWork, Coreldraw ,Indesign, illustrator, photoshop，3dmax,Rhino或cad等軟件 6- 理解國內外公共藝術的內涵，熟悉行業發展的規律。 We are THE BLUEPRINT from Australia and would love you to join our Shanghai team!!! If you are interested in urban art, visual art (lighting features), industrial design, environmental architecture, landscape or other related designs, also with a good relevant education background and a strong interest in art design.
