崗位職責: The Business Risk and Resilience (BRR) plays an important role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite, by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management. The BRR achieves this by providing operational risk and control expertise, conducting high quality reviews of the bank's control environment, conducting end to end control assurance reviews on key controls, maintaining robust risk governance focused on material risk and issues, and evolving a culture of continuous and consistent risk management. 1. Support Wealth and Personal Banking’s delivery and oversight over various Business Financial Crime Risk and Customer Due Diligence policies and requirements. 2. Lead and add value to an efficient oversight framework over multiple Customer Due Diligence related tasks and domains, and provide business management with insights to MI reporting in an accurate and timely manner. 3. Manage input from stakeholders and collate responses to build a comprehensive case for decision making, including escalation. 4. Drive streamlining, automation and digitalization for continuous improvement. 任職要求: 1. Degree holder with proven track record in Wealth and Personal Banking, Transformation or Risk functions. 2. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must. Additional consideration will be given to candidates who are skilled in programing languages. 3. Good language (written and spoken English, and spoken Cantonese), communications and presentation skills. 5.
