崗位職責
1.Responsible for Keeta delivery dispatch scene optimization and operation,Including supply-demand matching, delivery area optimization, route planning, etc,optimize delivery efficiency and experience to promote order growth;
2.Able to actively use various analysis methods, combined with the understanding of the business, to propose creative business optimization solutions. Including strategy operation plans, product iteration ideas and business model optimization solutions;
3.Analyze existing scheduling and commercial flow strategies, design key business indicators to drive data operations, and empower local operations.
4.Be responsible for researching market analysis and competitive strategies to promote business innovation and iteration.
5.Undertake other daily operational tasks, such as docking with country or city-level demands and information, promoting issue resolution, and facilitating information exchange.

2. 能夠主動使用各種分析方法,結合對于業務的認知,提出創造性的業務優化方案,包括但不限于策略運營方案、產品迭代思路及業務模式優化方案;
3. 對現有的調度和商流策略進行思考,設計業務關鍵指標體系推動數據運營,賦能本地運營;
4. 負責市場分析和競爭策略的研究,推動業務創新迭代;
5. 其他日常運營工作,例如國家或城市側需求和信息對接并推動解決、信息交互等。
崗位基本需求
1.Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years or more work experience, those with delivery solutions, Internet e-commerce, O2O and other related industry strategy products or strategy operation experience are preferred;
2.Have project management and cross-departmental cooperation capabilities, able to lead and efficiently complete project planning and execution;
3.Have excellent data analysis skills, proficient in using data analysis tools, able to discover business pain points from data and propose coping strategies in time;
4. Result-oriented, with strong self-motivation and resilience, capable of driving business growth in high-pressure environments; adaptable to diverse market environments across multiple countries, able to absorb experience and rapidly accumulate insights to drive strategic innovation and iteration.
5.Have basic English reading, writing and communication skills;

1. 本科及以上學歷,3-5 年及以上策略運營或策略產品經驗,具備配送 / 出行解決方案、互聯網電商、O2O 等領域經驗者優先。
2. 熟練掌握項目全流程管理,具備跨部門資源協調與高效執行能力,主導復雜項目的規劃落地。
3. 具備優秀的數據分析能力,熟練使用數據分析工具(如SQL、Python 等),擅長從多維數據中挖掘業務痛點,快速制定并迭代針對性策略。
4. 結果導向,具備強自驅力與韌性,能在壓力環境下推動業務增長;能夠適應多國差異化市場環境,汲取經驗并快速沉淀驅動策略創新迭代。
5. 具備基礎英語讀寫及溝通能力,滿足國際化業務協作需求;
6. 接受長期出差,適應高頻次跨區域工作模式。
