Your Responsibilities
1) Lead the sample engineering Team and coordinate all related project related meeting and activities
2) Define process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources perfectly and to minimize quantity of raw and auxiliary materials
3) Purchase new equipment (to draw up specifications, make evaluations and technical analysis, install and implement in production)
4) Organize and monitor all related projects’ activities to be ready before last project revision starts in mass production
5) Ramp up new project with the planned yield (calculated), process continuous improvement and cost saving
6) Ensure appropriate resources are available and provide necessary support to all associated projects
7) Provide necessary reports and documentation for standardized process flow and short ramp up
8) Responsible for all part numbers which are outside the Standard Scope of Service
9) Technical input for further development projects
10) Other job assigned from superior
11) Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO/ IATF16949)
12) Follow AT&S information security policy to prevent core data leak outside. Follow RBA requirement
Your Profile
1) Technical background
2) Degree from higher technical college at least plus several years of professional experience at PCB/semiconductor industry laser drilling/cutting process
3) Fluent written and oral English
4) Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PPT), SAP, Minitab
5) Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
6) Good communication and negotiation skills
7) Familiar with quality tools like APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP…
8) Basic knowledge of ISO/TS 16949
9) Good team player and team leader, Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting
10) Good stress management skills
